1. Services

Right Guy Right Price Contracting LLC provides handyman, remodeling, landscaping, hardscaping, repair, and general contracting services for residential and commercial properties.

All services are subject to project evaluation, availability, scheduling, weather conditions, material availability, and written approval when applicable.

2. Estimates

Free estimates are provided for qualifying projects within our service area.

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if additional work, hidden damage, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

Estimates do not guarantee scheduling until approved by both parties.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins depending on the size and scope of the project.
• Remaining balances are due according to the payment terms agreed upon before the start of work.
• Late payments may result in project delays, additional fees, or suspension of services until payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Project timelines are estimated and may be affected by:

• Weather
• Material shortages
• Permit delays
• Site conditions
• Customer-requested changes
• Unforeseen circumstances outside of our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Change Orders

Any additional work requested after the project has started may require a revised estimate or written change order.

Additional services may affect pricing and project completion timelines.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
• Securing pets and valuables
• Ensuring utilities are available when needed
• Obtaining HOA approvals if required
• Disclosing known hazards or property issues before work begins

7. Workmanship Warranty

Right Guy Right Price Contracting LLC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on qualifying labor performed by our company.

This warranty covers defects caused directly by workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Customer damage or misuse
• Acts of nature
• Manufacturer defects
• Structural movement
• Pre-existing conditions
• Damage caused by third parties

Material warranties, if any, are provided solely through the manufacturer.

8. Licensing & Insurance

Right Guy Right Price Contracting LLC operates as a licensed and insured contractor where applicable by law.

Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Guy Right Price Contracting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

10. Website Use

All website content, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the property of Right Guy Right Price Contracting LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
